5. Response times
We endeavour to acknowledge most correspondence within a reasonable period and to respond substantively within five (5) business days. For matters that involve legal review, third-party investigation, or specialist input, longer response times may be necessary. Urgent matters — for example, court-ordered takedowns or genuine emergencies — should be marked accordingly in the subject line so that we can prioritise our response.
6. Languages of correspondence
We accept correspondence in English. We will endeavour to respond in the same language used by the sender, where reasonably practicable. Legally significant correspondence (notices, complaints, formal demands) should be submitted in English to ensure prompt processing.

9Ja Odds is operated electronically. We do not currently maintain a publicly listed postal address. All formal correspondence should be submitted by email to the addresses set out above. Postal correspondence sent to addresses derived from third-party sources may not reach us.
8. Service of legal process
For the avoidance of doubt, the email addresses listed in Sections 3 and 4 above are designated for substantive correspondence and notices under the relevant policies. Formal service of legal process should follow the procedural requirements of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We do not consent to service of legal process by social-media message, instant message, telephone, or other informal means.
9. Unsolicited business proposals
9Ja Odds does not accept unsolicited business proposals from bookmakers, sportsbooks, casinos, lotteries, or any other gambling, gaming, or wagering operator. Such proposals are categorically declined and will not be responded to.
